“Exercise matters”

I’ve been attending a gym for some years, and I’m happy to notice that a lot of retirees decide to engage in serious physical exercises, on a continuous basis. From beginners they become experts and healthy.

I saw some retirees entering the gym for the first time, and after the usual explanations and info about the courses, the question is always the same:

“You know, I’ve worked a lifetime and my body has been toiled over, I also have permanent pains. What can I do to recover quickly to enjoy my retirement at best?”

The interesting part is, the answer is always the same: “you should have started at 5 years old”.

That’s right, our health is one of the most remarkable factors for our life and the sooner we realize it, the sooner we can plan the best exercises for us. The most frequent excuse is the lack of time. You crazy!! that’s my answer, everything has a rank of importance, and the benefits of a body care are crystal clear.

Attitude, perseverance and sometimes even the examples we see are the best elements to help us in a healthy physical exercise, which is taught as children through all our life to help us living as adults in the best possible way.

Unless you already do it, don’t waste time and start now! Do something every morning when you wake up, even some stretching and go on with scheduled exercises all week long.

Ask for the advice of professionals!

Take your time to understand the real important things in your life and decide what you need to do to be successful.

Excuses are banned, we have time at our disposal to be used at its best, for our best.
