The bad news is… human beings are creatures of habit.
The difference between a good news and a bad news is its interpretation based on hard facts.
When people get accustomed to bad habits, then yes…that’s a bad news, because our actions will repeatedly lead us to disappointments, moodiness and to a life strayed from the one we had always wished for.
There are people who, unaware of where they are going, don’t even think about the actions which may rule their life.
Other people know it instead, they start walking their way but then, almost unconsciously, go astray. They forget their good intentions and the good actions to carry out until they wake up at sixty and wonder how could they ever have lived a life which wasn’t theirs.
There are also good examples, a 5% of the overall population who decides to stop to start over again in the right direction for their ideal life. They are focused, with a clear vision and they’re confident, with precise strategies and actions, repeated time after time to become automatisms.
When action becomes easy through constant repetition, it becomes a pleasure and, as such, it is simply human to go on doing it. An action repeated becomes a good and healthy habit.
Good habits are the key to open the doors of Success, bad habits are doors open to failure.
Bad habits cannot be erased, but replaced. Just imagine what you need to reach your goals and define the actions for your Success. Replace one bad habit with a good one, repeat it every day, more times a day for at least 21 days or a whole month. It must become a standard (repetition is the mother of all arts). The following month go on with this good practice. Well, one year later you’ll be a totally different person who has replaced 12 bad habits with 12 good ones defining the person you have wanted to become.
Tenaciousness is the distinctive feature of successful people. Most of them, about 95%, give up. The best do persist in the goal, about 5%. Today, you can decide to belong to that 5% of world population best prepared to live the best life possible.
Don’t let anybody delay or block your new life.
