“Breathe, move and live, keep with you what you believe in”
Take everything with you, especially the object that most represents your goal. I learnt this lesson as a child, I would take my “dear” soccer ball, the birthday present of my parents. I really loved that ball, it was my life, my aspiration, my future.
As my friends already know, I still do the same thing today and I invite everybody to do it during my courses. Do you want to achieve a goal? Alright, take with you a paper and a pen. Study what you need, take notes whenever necessary, use pictures to materialize your thoughts. A day is 24 hours, 24 hours a day you must write down notes and keep them with you, even in bed; night dreams can help you develop ideas (and you can jot them down)! Do it as long as your idea comes true, and even when the project has started, keep it with you to assess your improvements.
“You’re crazy” they tell me and I smile. I know it works! The first copy of my book “Right here right now” has been with me for 3 years, every hour, every day, in Italy and abroad, at work and on holiday. Our thoughts are our life, and I like living with my thoughts, always.
