A limitless vision

If a vision is limited is not a vision, let’s trespass in other territories and learn to be brave!

Some time ago, in our Italian podcast “Englightened Entrepreneurs” we interviewed James Sanderson about his talent in managing relations, always getting out the best of them.

I was deeply struck by one of his answer regarding the great difference between foreign and Italian entrepreneurs, mainly about the Vision.

The main international entrepreneurs have an “enlarged vision”, really borderless. They create a vision with no limits about their projects and organization.

Indeed, when we talk about vision, we should really think about something with no borders, which even treads on the unexplored ones. Travelling is really helpful in this, but also talking with people who travelled a lot and have met different cultures, or with someone who has a vision larger than ours.

But what happens when you receive a new idea, whose seed grows and offers you a new point of view, a new vision?

My first feeling is fear, but soon it is replaced by curiosity leading to courage and desire!

Above all, I can visualize not only the final result, but also the path to follow to reach my goal. Along the way, I decide which people to involve and I sense how I change as the goal approaches.

Above all, I consider how huge this vision is when you get to the finish line, or what you thought it was the finish line, just to realize that it is only one of the many you have in front of you, because your vision has enlarged. It is no more the goal, but just a stage. With your experience, now you can go much further.

This is the good thing about nations with borderless visions, and it really take courage to do it.

Also in my homeland, Italy, there are people  who have done everything starting from scratch. I derive my energy from them, I have to remember my origins because thanks to them, change has become a reality.

Turn mistrust into curiosity, fear into courage and the goal in one of the many stages of your vision.

Let’s open up to the world and his perspectives, to really enjoy a borderless vision!
